Champagne & Oyster reception featuring methode champenoise sparkling wine from Sparkling Pointe (our winemaker’s home base on the North Fork of Long Island) and local, sustainably cultivated Mystic Oyster oysters.

Rainbow Shard Salad, greenhouse strawberries, red onions, toasted pistachios, Saltwater Vineyard white wine vinaigrette

Local Wildflower Honey Lavender Glazed Chicken Breast, wood fire grilled onsite, LoPresti’s Farm cauliflower and roasted garlic mash, grilled local asparagus, chive infused olive oil

Spring Rhubarb Ginger Cake, made with locally grown Full Heart Farm ginger, caramel sauce, housemade Sweet Acres Creamery whipped cream
